The 100% affordable project includes a total of 117 affordable dwelling units, catering to households at different income levels ranging from 30% to 80% MFI. The transit-oriented development is adjacent to the Congress Heights Metro Station and the new Bard High School Early College, with easy access to public transportation and the Entertainment & Sports Arena.
