- From Congress Heights Metro Bus Station take W4 towards Anacostia Station
- From Anacostia Metro & Bus Bay H take A2 towards Southern Ave Station
- From Martin Luther King Jr Ave SE & Howard Rd SE take A9 towards Livingston Rd via South Capitol St
- Anacostia Metro & Bus Bay L take A4 towards DC Village via Fort Drum

Based on your entry point into the Congress Heights neighborhood you may travel across one or more of these major thoroughfares :- Martin Luther King Jr Ave SE, Malcolm X Ave SE, Interstate 295, Alabama Ave SE, Wheeler Rd, 4th St SE.
